Excellent location not too far away from Fountain of Neptun. Found in a pretty nice area adjacent to a wonderful Italian restaurant and all attractions, including the marshrutka to the botanical gardens and the botanical gardens.

They offer Wheelchair Accessible rooms with a fantastic balcony and stylish design. the hotel shows care and consideration for all guests.

We had a minor issue with the key card not opening our room door, but the staff at Bloom quickly provided us with a special key to resolve the problem. The friendly personnel always were pretty good too assist us with any questions or concerns we had. The delicious breakfast and great location in the city center added to our enjoyable stay.

The breakfast here is delicious and highly recommended; it's easy to get a Wheelchair Accessible room with a balcony and enjoy spectacular views, which is fantastic!
